Dave N. has done a fantastic job putting together not just his Missouri Falcon Mach 5 wind turbine, but has gone the extra mile with this professional job mounting and labeling his electronics as well as building a nice housing for his battery bank.
Dave made a large, hinged box to store his batteries inside the control room. He has a couple of gallon jugs of distilled water to top them off if the level should get low.
He is using the HVA charge controller along with a dump load that utilizes several resistors contained in a vented box. The large, clear labeling that identifies each component makes it easy to troubleshoot and maintain the wind turbine system.
